Our approach

How we work

We follow a consistent maintenance process so property managers know what is happening at the building, when and why.

  1. Stage 1

    Assessing needs and the property

Site visit, discussion with the property manager, and review of as-built documentation, equipment manuals and inspection reports. We inventory installations and identify outstanding work.

  2. Stage 2

    Agreeing the scope

We define the installations covered, the type and frequency of tasks, fault reporting procedures and the division of responsibilities with other contractors.

  3. Stage 3

    Operating plan

We prepare an annual maintenance and inspection schedule reflecting seasonal operation and applicable deadlines.

  4. Stage 4

    Carrying out the work

We perform planned tasks and handle technical requests. Work in occupied buildings is scheduled to limit disruption to users.

  5. Stage 5

    Reporting

We record completed work, faults and recommendations. Report formats are agreed with the client.

  6. Stage 6

    Recommendations

We use the information collected to identify replacement needs and potential upgrades, together with their priorities.
