1. Service provider and contact
The service provider is Obsługa Techniczna Budynków Sp. z o.o., based at ul. Pawła Lipowczana 6, 02-260 Warsaw. Contact us by phone at +48 690 530 630, by post at this address or using the contact form on this website.
2. Services and information
The website provides information about OTB24 and a way to submit enquiries. Access is free and requires no account. Service descriptions invite enquiries and do not constitute a binding offer under the Polish Civil Code. Submitting an enquiry does not conclude an installation contract or create an obligation to purchase.
3. Technical requirements
Internet access and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML and CSS are required. JavaScript is recommended for the mobile menu. The active contact form requires necessary session cookies and HTTPS. Connection charges depend on your agreement with your Internet service provider.
4. Acceptable use and contact form
Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malicious code or data you are not authorised to provide. Your contact details should allow us to reply. Messages are passed to OTB24 staff through Google Chat; the website does not email them. Length and frequency limits apply. If delivery is not confirmed, contact us by phone. Access to website content starts when you open a page and ends when you leave; the one-off enquiry submission service ends when the message is passed on or a failure message is displayed.
5. Complaints
Complaints about the website can be submitted using the form or by post to the service provider; if the form is unavailable, you may call us. Describe the problem and provide contact details. We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. This does not restrict rights under mandatory law, including consumer rights.
6. Privacy, availability and changes
Separate documents linked in the footer explain data processing and cookies. Technical interruptions may occur; telephone and postal contact remain available. Content is protected by applicable law, subject to permitted use. Changes to these terms are published with their effective date and do not affect acquired rights or retrospectively alter the handling of earlier enquiries. Polish law applies to matters not covered here without excluding protections granted to users by mandatory law.
